"The staff was amazing from day one! They were friendly at all hours of the day, always spoke and asked how it was going. Housekeeping even asked if I needed anything as they were taking care of other rooms. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable! "Convenient location. Wide variety of great shops and restaurants in walking distance. Parking garage across the street was great to not haul luggage long distances. Hotel was dated, but clean. Excellent service from the staff. Only criticism I had was the room thermostat. You couldn’t set a specific temperature. Either the room was freezing cold or very hot.
