"We enjoy this hotel and stay here every time we come to Biloxi. This trip, we had a room on the 12th floor and late-night guests were loud and yelling and slamming doors and partying in the hallway at 1:30 a.m. Called the front desk to have security come and quiet them down and had to make a second call at 3 a.m. before they showed up to quiet everyone down. We had hoped that at that late hour, it would have been addressed immediately."
