"Loved the property in & of itself. Our biggest issue was 1) the King room bed was not comfortable ( way too hard ) and 2) we were on the 9th floor after being given a choice of rooms. The first night we had noisy neighbors who kept letting their door slam. On our second night ( and last ) things escalated around 11 p.m. Loud talking, shouting with short pauses in between so we kept thinking it would stop.
