"Our stay at The Heritage Autograph Hotel was absolutely amazing! The service was superb, with attentive staff who made everything seamless. The location is unbeatable—less than a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj. Housekeeping was quick and thorough, and the porters and concierge were so helpful and friendly. The room was a bit dated and could use some upgrading, and the lighting wasn’t the best, so I’d recommend bringing a portable LED light if you need extra brightness. However, it was lovely experience overall. Highly recommend!"

"Loved staying here. We took 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. Bathrooms and toilets were spotless. Located right next to Dubai mall it was just 10 mins walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property has 2 big swimming pools that my kids enjoyed a lot."

"A good renovated property that meets the Sheraton brand standard. Excellent business lounge; nicely renovated lobby and restaurant. Across the street from an amazing beach! My only complaint is that it is pricey for rooms that, while they have amazing ocean and city views, are relatively small with few good appointments and low-end refurbishments."
