Amazing staff all around. And great location was the highlight of our stay. The room was dated, and cleanliness was questionable for a 5-star hotel. Room didn’t have a working AC. Repeated calls and visits from maintenance didn’t fix the issue. Hotel moved us to an upgraded room, which we appreciated. And new room looked cleaner too. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, we only enjoyed the juices but didn’t enjoy any of the available item. My daughter had allergic reaction (eggs) to one order even though the menu and staff assured us our order was egg-free. We used three hotels during our trip, and by far this was the lowlight of our trip.

Palace Downtown was an excellent hotel for our family over Christmas. Every detail was so thoughtful and the location can not be beat. The breakfast staff were so attentive and made our kids feel very special. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We woyld absolutely stay here again
