"Love the Metropole.. the staff are excellent especially Spencers Brasserie staff .. food fabulous .good menu and very attentive staff.
Lovely spa facilities .. good bed linen .. could do with better coffee in rooms and biscuits, also no non alco cocktails in bar..
but still had the best of times"
