Very limited ability to charge to room (results in multiple charges and fees for international visitors). "The views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that each room has its own sauna. Take advantage of the restaurant for lunch or an early dinner. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We had more than enough time to go to the city and make it back before the last gondola."

"Прекрасный отель. Даже не смотрите по сторонам. В самом лучшем месте Алматы, до Достык Плазы 700 метров. Персонал очень вежливый и помогает во всем.
