"We were booked at a different hotel and when we got there we found out the hotel was in a horrible condition that we had to leave right away. Thankfully Hyatt Place had few available rooms. We were able to book the room and check in within less than 30 minutes. They were nice, welcoming, and made our stay comfortable. We weren't able to park in the garage for one night, and they took off the charge for that day. Thank you for everything! "

"The lobby was stunning, I felt like I was in a movie. Desk staff greeted us immediately and directed us to parking and later to restaurants. There is not really shopping and dining in the immediate area of the hotel. But we were headed downtown later anyway. Though could could walk for lunch. Loved being able to come back to the bar later in the evening, modern vibe with great service. "
