"The room was excellent, beautifully presented. lack of a lobby lounge was poor. We asked for English Tea bags and were told it was chargeable. Coffee and tea in room was very basic"

"Room was spacious. However, the staff (on my 1st day) did not properly tucked the bed sheets on the extra bed :-("

"I actually tried to find a fault with this property and there was nothing I could find the room was elegant. Well appointed the reviews were astounding always pay the extra for a sea view. It’s way worth it. I looked at the other reviews and they were very good and They never let me down. The Internet was good. The housekeeping was amazing. The people were friendly with a hot tub, which is unusual and beautifully done. "

"Price to value is reasonable, location is directly across to Sands Casino. Breakfast selection is good for short stay of up to 2 days, however, if the breakfast selection or varieties can be rotated with various syles of cooking rather then the same dishes with same way of preparationscan be boring for guests staying more than 2 days!! Suggestions: Can add on steamed rice rolls (chee cheong fun) "char-siew" buns, stir fried "hor-fun"; chocolate brownies, mini eclairs, mini Danish buns to rotate...

"There are English speaking front-desk staff members. The service is always courteous. The hotel is under-going renovation, according to the welcome letter put on the desk in the guest room. I am not sure if this is the reason that the western restaurant was closed during these days."
