"Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping. "

During my stay, I encountered an issue with my ferry booking through an app, and I wasn't able to receive a confirmation email. I was quite stressed, but Shea immediately stepped in to help. Not only did she assist with sorting out my booking, but she also went above and beyond by accompanying me to the harbour. There, she spoke with the receptionist when they were unwilling to issue a physical ticket, as I couldn’t access my boarding pass. Shea’s dedication and kindness were truly remarkable, and she ensured I could travel without further stress. Thanks to her efforts, my experience in Macau was made so much easier and more enjoyable.
