"Great for a solo traveler who wants to stay in that particular area. That said, bathrooms do not provide privacy if you’re with someone. It’s a sliding glass door and there are gaps that you can clearly see the person using toilet. I also booked the hotel because it had a rooftop bar/restaurant which we were not able to use. I found out every Saturday they have these parties/special events with a DJ/club music and you could hear it and FEEL it from my room on the 8th floor. Fortunately it ended...

"Located right between the West Village and Chelsea, it is an amazing area to call home. The staff at The Jane Hotel were all very friendly and helpful. We were able to keep our luggage at the front desk after check out, to allow us an easier last day in the city. The room, while very small, was pleasant and clean. It utilized an energy saving stick key fob for entry and electricity, and the bathroom was clean. The shower wasn’t quite hot enough, and the hallway to reach the bathroom was...

"This hotel was wonderful! The room was clean, the view was lovely, and the staff was super kind. Only con was the terrace was unavailable because they were renovating it, but it didn’t really matter that much to me because I went out to the city for majority of my stay. The bed was SOOOO comfortable, I stayed on a king bed and the pillows literally felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely be back :)"
