"Well kept apartment building with reception and security guard at night. Walking distance to everything. Very charming stay. The microwave is too modern and a bit complicated to operate. They only have traditional coffee maker not pod machine. They should consider supplying wine glasses as only cava glasses were provided. All reception staff were friendly and always available to help. "

"Excellent location as it is close to all major attractions, but fairly quiet as it is right beside the Murillo gardens; Aparthotel is good value for money spent as room was spacious for European standards and the amenities it provides; check-in was easy and very courteous; excellent communications from booking through check-in to check-out processes. "I sttayed here for convenience, space and the fact I could park a car. So it fits my needs. Without a car it would be maybe fro someone staying a long time in the city or so. The area is a little run down but the super market around the corner is perfectly stocked. For certain travelers it is perfect. "

"The location of the hotel was hands down the most notable characteristic of the hotel, and is located very close to the Santa Cruz area, Alcazar, the cathedral and even Plaza de España. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options available from the buffet. The staff members were friendly and one of them (I unfortunately cannot remember her name) took the time to basically explain the whole city map to us! The check-in and check-out process were smooth and quick and the room was comfortable and the balcony was very cute. The only thing that we wished was better was the safe box. It did not seem to work no matter how many times we tried. We mentioned it to a staff member but it was not much help, which was unfortunate and we had to store our valuables in our luggage. But overall, it was a great hotel. "
