"A combined business/ family stay. A junior suite for three people, only two towels, two glasses and two mugs. This was remedied on request, but the same happened again when housekeeping visited, while NOT cleaning the room. Also, it clearly states that there would be bathrobes in the room, this was not the case. Upon request, I was told that if there were any available they would bring them up… there were none. I received a text message to this effect, the same text also told me to ask...

"The receptionist was very helpful and the rooms and bathrooms were clean wet to this location being in a kind of dorm setup, which is commendable. Safe bag keeping post checkout another big point. Although urgent improvements on the ventilation is needed as when different people come in, the room kind of smells not due to cleanliness but coz of different kind of people who may come in. So this could be potentially improved. But certainly recommended for solo travellers."

"I can not fault our time at Staycity Liverpool City Centre at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have mobility issues and am either in a wheelchair or on crutches so put in the notes when booking online that if there was any chance of being allocated an apartment with a walk in shower it would be greatly appreciated.
