"Great place to stay."

"This is the second year in a row we have stayed here, and honestly, we will probably continue to stay here anytime we are in Orange Beach. The room was nice and the staff was nice, with the exclusion of one older man, but we only saw him once. There is a lady there, I believe a manager, who is absolutely amazing though! "

"We did a staycation to enjoy the sunset/sunrise on the beach. We stayed in a room with a balcony on the gulf side. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. My only two small inconveniences were only one trash can in the entire room/bathroom and the walls are very thin so we could hear our neighbor coughing ALL night long. At times it sounded as if she was next to our bed. "

"This was my second stay at Surf and Sand. Loved it enough to come back, and will come again. Pros: free hot breakfast, attentive staff, cold a/c, hot water and great pressure in the shower, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Cons: our fridge leaked the whole time so we had to keep a towel on the floor, the beds were not very comfortable (had to really work hard to find the right spot), our toilet flushed REALLY slowly and eventually stopped up, and we were out of some toiletries in the shower. All minor things. Overall was a great stay, I'm sure we'll be back for a third time and more!"
