"Stayed at Hyatt Place - had only been open a day before I arrived! The hotel is very clean and modern. There were a few small teething problems with check-in/room allocation, and with a few elements of the room (i.e. TV and heating/air conditioning). Friendly staff

"Really great hotel, made exceptional by the wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble, friendly and helpful especially Jennifer in the restaurant at breakfast who was able to give all the local tips and advice, and Reece in admin who helped change my booking. Choice at breakfast was very good. Pool was nice and clean as were changing areas. Found the pillows weirdly lumpy but apart from that it was an excellent stay in a great location"
