"Staff went above and beyond to accommodate 1 child who is 5 year old , and has autism. They gave us a upgraded room, so it was quiet. Staff were so pleasant to speak with and service was fast. The manager was like all staff very polite, and helpful. Our child screams constantly due to Autism, and staff were patient and helped all the time Definitely recommend for families. I am SM stayed room 602 in 4th till 5th Jan 2025 "

"From the moment we arrived at reception we were exceedingly happy with our stay. The receptionists were delightful. Our room was airy, clean and well stocked with tea/coffee/hot chocolate and lovely bathroom products. Breakfast was delicious with great options for meat eaters and vegans! And all the staff were pleasant and friendly. A lovely place to stay."

"Really nice find for an excellent stay over on a business trip. Comfortable warm room, nice big telly, excellent staff. The restaurant on site was very good, although expensive - for me a price of £36 for a steak is very toppy - although it was excellent."
