As you know, it's situated in an unattractive part of town...which did not matter to me because all I wanted was an early night. The receptionist was charming, warm and efficient . Many thanks. "It was a wonderful property. The only issue is there are a lot of stairs, even if you take the elevator we still had to do stairs to get to our room and there were stairs in our room. If you stay here, note if you have issues with stairs so they can put you in a different area."

If there is one thing I would recommend is that getting a room near the street next to the Food Hallen on the weekend is not a good idea as the sound from the music and people outside on the street can get loud. It is a good location near public transit and the harbor if you intend to go on a day trip up the river."

However check out is at 10am which is quite early compared to all other hotels and they charge for luggage storage and hot water. In my opinion, tap water, even hot water, should be free.
