"Requested a non smoking room, room had definitely been smoked in, as noted by the strong odour and cigarette burn marks on the bed spread. The room was not what was reserved. Very dirty as well, I went to the store and bought cleaning products as there were noticeable black dirty smudges on the head board, all of the flat surfaces and the light switches. We ended up leaving and finding a new hotel, hotels.com was unable to negotiate a refund either. "

"It was a little noisy in the morning due to the construction work on the stadium attached to the hotel. Some issues with wifi. Overall very clean and comfortable. Huge rooms. Easy parking. Great price for Seville. "
