"A pretty good apart hotel with amazing staff and customer service. Clean, reasonably priced and based in a good location. The only thing I can point out is it would’ve been nice to have some bottled water available at hand but I suppose that’s due to the fact that water in Hungary is deemed safe to drink from the tap. "The road outside and some surrounding roads were being re-done so it was very sandy and dusty. Our taxi still managed to drop us right outside though. Great staff, delicious breakfast, fab rooms and good amenities. Nothing was too much trouble. The chocolate fountain at breakfast was definitely a hit! Would return to this hotel if we visit Budapest again! "

"I stayed at West side garden apartments which is a 7 floor brand new building. The apartment was big and cozy with a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. There was also a washing machine and a dryer and the toilet is at a separate room from the bathroom. It’s is well located, quiet and safe area with some choices for breakfast and a 24h grocery shop. I will definitely choose it again when I return to Budapest "

"Check in was delayed by an hour as the room was not ready. Complimentary drinks provided whilst waiting. The double bed was very comfortable and the shower one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of plug sockets. Reception always manned. Shame the restaurant was closed. "

Great hotel overlooking Danube.

"Lovely hotel overlooking the Danube. Nice bar area and restaurant. Excellent buffet breakfast with a lot of choice. Room was a really good size with a fabulous view. The only negative is that the housekeeping was poor. Room was very dusty when we arrived and daily service wasn't great. This wouldn't stop me recommending the hotel though as everything else was lovely and we thorougly enjoyed our stay. "
