"last minute booking… what a surprise! Beautiful hotel and location, excellent service. Some of the hotel is a bit dated but was nostalgic for me. Kinda like Hawaii 5-0 old series feel. "The hotel is dated as are the facilities. We made the mistake of selecting a smoking room, so our room smelled like an ashtray. It was difficult to determine cleanliness, because the furniture was old and the carpets were also old and stained. Transportation is extremely limited unless you want to ride a bike or walk. We requested a taxi at 5:30 am and were told that it was impossible. The staff members we interacted with were very helpful and polite. We also appreciated the ability to use the...

"Brand new hotel. Nice clean and very conveniently located. It is few minutes from the train station and the ferry port to Naoshima island. They have a very nice restaurant with great food. Also there is an onsen near by which they are collaborating with. We were very happy. The personnel was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable."

"This property is right by a large shopping area filled with dining areas and shops making it a good location for visitors. We booked a smoking room by accident so the room did smell like smoke but that was on us. Staff was very helpful and accommodating for foreigners and they also offer free breakfast from 6-9am. "
