I was able to find a room at the Kona resort at their usual price. The staff member that checked us in was so kind and offered us a cot as we needed a third bed. Even though our stay was short, it was very enjoyable, and we greatly appreciated the service...

"The rooms could use a little upgrade. There should be more chairs in the shade for free. All the good chairs are reserved. You shouldn’t have to pay for a shaded seat. For the cost of the room, you should get snorkel equipment for more than one hour. Other than that, I loved the property. Staff was excellent and the dining was great too. "
