"Our flight was canceled at the last minute and we needed a place to stay overnight. Of course, all of the motels on the app raised their prices immediately when they realized there was activity late at night with everyone trying to book a room. I was able to find a room at the Kona resort at their usual price. The staff member that checked us in was so kind and offered us a cot as we needed a third bed. Even though our stay was short, it was very enjoyable, and we greatly appreciated the service...
