"It was a relaxing and comfortable stay. Hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel lobby has a welcoming and warm fireplace, it was perfect on a cold day. The room was very clean and spacious. If I have to be picky, then there was only a small sofa which very tightly fit two persons. There is a balcony where there are lawn chairs. However, there are a few things that could’ve been better: (1) kitchen is incredibly poorly equipped with exactly 1 cutting knife and no cutlery at all, not even a spoon, (2) the toilet isn’t private, as the window is not shaded and there were builders just in front of the window, (3) it’s impossible to have a shower whilst standing up as there’s no fixing for the shower head and (4) we were...

"We only stayed one night here on our way back to Tokyo. The staff were very polite and helpful, the rooms was very clean with good amenities and the breakfast was fine. "

There is a kitchen and washing machine with dryer, which are suitable for long stays. 30 mins drive from Karuizawa Station.
