"This is an absolute hidden gem nestled away in NYC! I would give it 100 stars if I could. It is the cutest little boutique hotel you’ll ever stay at. "I love the hotel, but I think they need to review their long term maintenance procedures. The ancient heating unit in my room would turn off once a day (I was there 3 nights). Staff was helpful and showed me how to reboot it, but I don't think anyone documented my problem. Also the bathroom was spotless, but the inside of the bathroom door really needed a paint job. Great hotel just needs some TLC"

"Small, clean, efficient place to stay convenient to midtown manhattan. It is loud but what else would you expect in midtown manhattan. The location feels very safe and despite the name of the hotel, rooms are private and there is even a lounge area with water, tea and coffee in the morning. Great for the price. "

"Overall a great stay! Front desk agent( I think her name was Jordan) was great!! Give her a raise! Only thing that was eh was a rude women employee, presumably manager on the roof top bar around 11pm 1/18. We were told by the desk that the bar would be open later as it was busy. We were already on top floor so we walked upstairs via stairs, opened the door and an alarm went off. It completely scared us! She yelled at us in front of everyone “What do you think you’re doing!”. "i had an amazing stay at shoreham. location was perfectly central to everything i wanted to do, it was clean and quiet. all staff was very kind but specially the housekeeping staff are so so sweet lily really made my stay! "

"Perfect location to the shows and all the restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Both restaurants onsite offer great food and service. The Rum bar in the lobby had great music and drinks and food for after the show fun."

"Park Central is a great choice if you're looking to stay in the Times Square/Central Park area. The rooms are very spacious for Manhattan and the pricing in early winter was fantastic. There is so much you can walk to nearby and there is easy access to the subway. We will definitely be staying here again."
