"The beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. The mini bar had some nice complimentary items. Unlike many places, the rooms were not serviced each day, nor was the water replaced. Our room had a door to an adjoining room, and we could hear everything that happened in the next room. The service we received was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay. "We had a good stay here. We had a pool access room which was nice to go straight into the pool after a day of sight seeing. The only negative is it’s quite near the reception area and you can hear a lot so I would advise earplugs. I put them in the second night and slept much better. Great location for the old town and definitely go to the Sunday night market!"

"Lovely friendly hotel Breakfast food could be improved but otherwise can’t be faulted"

"We asked for coffee 4 times and We were told we would get it but then we did ot. The last time the counter person told us unless we opt in for a room cleaning we will not get more coffee. We were trying to save them from having to clean our room each day but that was the only we apparently we can get coffee."

"Perfect stay! Hotel is family owned and well cared for. They work the front desk and make sure you have everything you need. Very friendly and kind people. "A wonderful good value place to stay in Phuket. The owner was so flexible and helpful when we had to make last minute changes to our itinerary due to cancelled flights, and it was so easy to make ferry bookings to visit the islands through them. They have WiFi, are centrally located right in downtown, and the rooms were clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again!"
