"When I got to my room my TV would not turn on had to call the front desk she came right down and saw the cord had been cut she called the manager they upgraded me to a different room also I'm disabled an I use a walker to get around she helped me grab my things and move to different room cuz their doors are quite heavy an close fast so when they saw me they all would open the doors also they gave me a late check out which was very nice..an I also had dinner an a dessert an a drink which the...
