The entrance location is in a small lane so there will not be much noise from the main road. "It’s a beautiful hotel. Great rooms and accommodating. My one hang up is the hotel staff at the front desk has ice in their veins. I have never been treated so coldly checking into a hotel before and I’ve travelled all around Asia. Maybe that was just the couple employees I was dealing with at the time and the rest are great, I’m not sure. Overall though, it was a great stay. "

"I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location is close to department stores and street food, and the rooms are very clean and modern. Most importantly, however, the staff at this hotel were some of the best I've encountered. Thomas and his team were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. "Hotel is located in a convenient location. Close to red line metro and across the road to Central Park. The hotel starts to show its age but room is maintained well. Bathroom is on the smaller side. The rooftop restaurant is great and something that would draw us back just for the unbelievable breakfast!"

"This is a newer property and I really liked the room. The room was clean and the facility felt new. They have good snacks and a stocked mini-bar with good snacks for free. "This hotel located just opposite kaohsiung main station. Walkable & convenient to travel around by metro. Hotel is cozy & clean. Everything are good except there’s no more toiletries (only got shampoo, body wash & hair conditioner) due to their new regulations. Hence, must prepare own toiletries like tooth brush, toothpaste & vanities."
