5/5 Excellent
"The service was excellent. Room comes with happy hour lounge access (6-10pm). When we stayed there, we used the lounge over three nights. Each time a staff, Yuan Yuan, was exceptionally welcoming and friendly to not only my daughter but also other children as well. Really made the difference.
My recommendation is for the hotel to relook at the breakfast. Other than the porridge, most of the other offerings are either average or below average. I rather a smaller spread that is better than what I got over the last few days (wide spread of average or below average items):
To the chef, your cold tofu was off. The sauce didn’t taste right. Your bbq char siew is not char siew. Your beef balls need vinegar. The irony is that this hotel has a Cantonese restaurant but it appears that the chefs don’t communicate.
