"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bungalow Beach Hotel and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. They were attentive, always ready to assist with any needs and provided a welcoming atmosphere that truly enhanced my stay. The room was spotless, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and the space was both modern and cozy. One of the highlights was the beach. Which was simply stunning. It was peaceful, offering the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Gambia. I spent hours there, soaking up the tranquility and feeling like I had my own private getaway. I would absolutely stay here again, as the combination of friendly service, a clean and comfortable room, and a serene beach experience made it a memorable trip. "

"The property is well run. The food is delicious. The accommodations are alright; renovations are underway to update the rooms. The staff is spectacular. Every single one of them. The massages by Anna and Haidi were the best my friend and I had ever had, when compared across four continents. They were really impressive. I would go back in a heartbeat. "

"The hotel was lovely, rooms are newly refurbished and are clean. Beds are comfy and are made up beautifully each day. The beach is nice and right on the hotel front, the security makes it feel very safe to relax on. The only thing I would say is there is always a lot of sellers from the markets who come up to you on the beach constantly. The food was good, especially the Sunday bbq. The staff are also super friendly and helpful and just want you to have the best possible stay. The management however were not as friendly and seemed to just walk around the resort only saying hello and speaking to people who were “deluxe” guests. The only problem we had was they originally booked us down as B&B when we had paid for all inclusive so we had an embarrassing confrontation with the bar staff when they told us we couldn’t have drinks or lunch !! But this was very quickly rectified luckily."

"The a condition of the room was not safe the keys was ot working properly the hotal was durty the breakfast you i could not eat it it was terrible. O fridge in roo. You had to pay if you wanted one.i paid to stay for one week i check out the next day. In to i ither hotel cheeper and a hole two bedroom property self contained i would not recommend this hotal the manger was rude. And no refund. Very bad experiences "
