"Beautiful Hotel staff are really attentive and friendly"

"Check-in was fast and smooth. When we entered the room, we noticed our teenager did not have a bed. Housekeeping brought a foldout bed. The room had an infestation of some of the biggest ants we've seen. When I alerted housekeeping, they informed me it was rainy season, hence excessive bugs.
