"This is an older, but well-maintained property. The rooms are much bigger and better equipped than the equivalently-priced business or tourist hotel. No restaurant, but very reasonably priced meals can be ordered in the room, mainly through a Japanese-only TV system. Staff were very helpful with extra towels, parking issues, and meals were delivered punctually at the requested time. "It was a nice, clean place with a laundry machine inside the room. Self check-in and out was very easy!"

"Honestly I didn’t find anything I did not like. The property has an amazing view of the river side, a wrap around porch and they gave us some wine as well. It was close to the bus stop and a 7-11 so snacks and transportation was available. The locals were also very nice whenever we needed help. I highly recommend this property. And I’ll probably come back again."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet at level 20😁. We ate in the Japanese Setouchi restaurant, and were put into an individual room. While the food quality was good, the room had no character or warmth. Like a naughty room in school. For a set meal costing over £80 each drinks, this is not acceptable. They rushed the serving as well which detracted from the experience too. The experience in their club lounge was quite different - a real pleasure"
