I emailed & phoned the hotel (twice on the same day & the next day), unfortunately non of the staff I have in contact with were helpful, nor did they willing to take the responsibility to assist, very disappointed. A gem in the north for business.

"An immaculate room and cleaning service. Rooms are well kept and include large tvs, comfortable beds. It was so well looked after I could be mistaken to say it was new! Reception team were friendly , well informed and offered great information. The attached restaurant was exception both for breakfast and dinner, amazing value for money relevant to the high quality of food. Very well presented, tasty and great serving size. an asset to the hotel. The facilities are well catered with Gym, Pool , full Laundry all onsite and of high quality. "

"I was here during the floods and the surrounds were damp and not inviting. I arrived very late and they made the process of finding and accessing my room very easy. They had the aircon on so the room was cool and dry. Basic equipment, tea and coffee available. Good value for money. "
