"Great hotel for the price. Room had a jacuzzi. The rooftop bar has an AMAZING view. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Free bottle of wine with the room. Safe neighborhood. Easy Uber ride to anywhere. The only drawback I noticed was that the room had no windows but maybe that was just mine. It didn’t matter, you don’t go to Medellin to sit in a hotel room and stare out the window, anyway. I switched hotels into this one because the street noise sounded like a nightclub until 4am...

"I stayed 8 nights which may have been my mistake. I travel for work so I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world. My standards for a hotel might be different from others. This is a good place for a short stay. They have a lot of details to work through to be good for longer stays. "The booking agency told us that we would be given a room upgrade on both nights due to our VIP status. The hotel didn’t do that on either night. The rooms we had were extremely small, with no window, and noisy at night. We don’t think that the rooms we reserved. But the staff were great, and the breakfast was wonderful, which compensated for the room disappointments. "

"Everyone is very hospitable. All the concierges are bilingual and friendly. Diego and Fran the bartenders are great people. What really blew me away were the ballon’s on the walls, the message on the mirror, and a birthday cake in my room ready with a decorative plate. Superb service, will definitely be returning."
