"The best hotel I stayed in Medellin. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Walkable to the soccer stadium and some many restaurants and bars. The staff have excellent service, including the driver Jorge and the terrace bartender Hamilton. You also got up-front taxi service 24 hours a day. Definitely, I will stay again in this hotel. Very highly recommended."

"We had a family vacation at Viaggio Medellin back in October 2024 and all the staff were very polite, attentive in every way but the one that went above and beyond was the guest member from the bar, Alonso. He gave us a lot of tips and recommendations of places to visit, eat and drink around Antioquia, Medellin, he was very attentive to us the whole time we stated at the hotel and even recommended us some tours. We are very greatful to know him and because of him we had the most wonderful time...
