"Made whole experience amazing rooms were great - if a little bit warm at night. Restaurant had good atmosphere chillled even tho really busy food was decent as well. Small touches including noticing it was my wife’s birthday and leaving little gift in room showed how thoughtful staff are and gives the hotel a ‘family run’ feel even tho a smart bigger hotel. All staff attentive, polite in background unless you need them. Location was great aswell only 5-10 min walk to old town"

"I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in December, and is my second time staying here. The location is great, with a 7-10min walk to the old town. Was very convenient to explore the Christmas markets and the surrounding areas. The hotel itself is clean and safe. My room was serviced every day. The hotel lobby bar was quite nice, food was good. The receptionist was very helpful in gettingbit fixed, advised us on places to visit and gave us a small bonus. Breakfast is fine but it would be good if they had non-dairy milk out rather than having to ask for it. My only issue at the hotel was the road noise. If you're a light sleeper, you may struggle with the noise outside, particularly on the first floor. I spoke to reception and was told that all of the standard double rooms faced the road.
