"We always love the moose but have to say it’s looking very tired and run down. Our room had a stained couch and we had to use a wash cloth to wipe down the side tables as there was cup stains on it. The hot tubs were not hot. And then one was closed for over half our stay so the one tub was super full. We stayed mid week in December too. We love the location. And love the restaurant on site. The shower amenities are spa like and we love those. The fire in the room creates a nice cabin feel...

"Great stay! This hotel is unique, and offers a free continental breakfast which is very convenient for early morning excursions. Hotel staff were great, very understanding with great communication. Personally, I think this hotel average rating should be higher than it is because it was a great stay. Room was cabin-liked with everything you need. Balcony was a great added bonus!"

"The beds were super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast buffet was epic, so much delicious food. The pool area was a total vibe, perfect for chilling. The staff were all friendly and helpful, always smiling. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend! "

"Highly recommend this hotel when traveling to Banff. It's along the main road and it's very close to the town center. Underground parking is convenient as long as it's not peak season as it is first come, first served. Hotel staff are very helpful. Checking in and out process is very fast as well. "

" An oasis just a 5 to 10 minute walk to the main shopping. All tastefully put together with good sized rooms, nice showers and coffee which is amazing. You have a pour over in your room and fresh coffee is provided at reception. Sauna and Hot Tubs are spectacular... sit in a hot tub and take in the mountain views. The restaurant 'Sudden Sallys' did not get a chance to eat there but they have a happy hour from I think 2 to 4 and its half price on the appetizers which is awesome... plus the coffee...

"Definitely dated. We were in the main lodge and our room was a step back in time! Not something I find negative it was cozy. Full kitchen with dishes and it was clean. Nice bathroom but paper thin walls. Our heat ran all night and we couldn’t get it to cool off even with turning the ac on in the winter"
