"This should be one of my best hotel experience in my whole life of travelling! The moment I step into the hotel, I could feel the welcoming by the staff. Super in love with this hotel, love the ambience of surrounding especially when its snowing, I choose the city view, the room is very clean and comfortable, the internal still looks very new, the services of the room service is meticulous. All the staffs are so energetic, friendly, helpful and attentive. They are very observer whenever I have questions in my expressions they will approach me immediately. Not just one staff but everyone, I m veryimpressed. I feel they have went through very a good service training or the management must be very good to the staff. Thumbs up to the management and the staff they are really amazing. The only thing is nothing much near the hotel except the Shilla duty free which is a good shopping area but close at 8pm and a mini mart down the hill. Accross the hotel there are many restaurant, just that need a bit of walking if in the day time they provide car to drive down and up the hill. There is free shuttlebus to Myeongdong and Dongdaemun not too far from the hotel. Nevertheless I will still go back to the same hotel. "

"This was our second stay at the Lotte Hotel Seoul. We love it's location in Myeongdong, close to shopping and many dining options. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite in the Executive Tower, where we enjoyed daily breakfast, afternoon tea and hors d'oeuvres in the exclusive La Cime lounge. We look forward to returning to Lotte Hotel Seoul again in May!"

"The hotel is located in prime location of Gangnam district, but includes little bit of walking from nearby subway station. It also offers free breakfast which was actually eatable and better than what I imagined. The bathroom was little tiny though and reminded me of those airplane restrooms. For one to two day stays, it would be okay considering the budget and everything but anything longer that, I would sugesst somewhere else."

"Big spacious room with close proximity to attractions but it is difficult to lug the luggage up and down the slopes . In addition , there was a protest on 22/3 in the area which resulted in a diversion to airport limousine services and as such , was not available at all near the hotel . The concierge should have updated the info when asked . "

"Amazing customer service and kind staff. Rooms were large and very comfortable. They offered an iPad to choose additional luxuries like a pillow menu, mattress toppers, robes or additional water. Service was top notch. The buffet was beyond impressive. My guest had a gluten allergy and the restaurant manager went out of her way to bring over the chef and walk her around the entire area to show her the safe options for her to have as well offering to make her custom dishes. They were just amazing. We loved our stay. "
