Unfortunately, communication with the staff is very limited (no English) and there is always a wait time to get your drinks. Staff is notoriously late serving up the food. Room service is not good , barely warm food and over hour and a half wait time. Private pools by bungalows are cold. Very nice semi private bar and seating area between bungalows. An OK resort experience, but far cry from Secrets...

"I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The front door attendant was outstanding—he spoke English fluently and was incredibly helpful. He even arranged for us to step off the resort to explore and enjoy some local food, which was a great touch. The entertainment staff truly made the trip special, keeping the vibe fun and lively every day....

"We arrived the same time as 2 tour busses that were from a cancelled flight. The place was slammed. But the Staff truly were amazing at Checkin. Hard working and doing all they could do. Something I didnt see for 5 days prior at a different hotel. I didnt use the amenities as I was just there for 12 hours for a delayed flight. But was shocked when leaving couldnt get a bottle of water unless I paid at the coffee shop."
