"This used to be the best hotel in Grimsby during the 1970s/80s. To be honest it still is very good, especially for the price. The outside would benefit from a lick of paint, but the staff are attentive, polite and helpful, the breakfast is very good with plenty of choice, although kippers and smoked haddock would absolutely smash it.
