"From check in to check out the staff, room, and amenities were top notch, as you would expect from the Japanese service industry. "We booked this property as a layover for a roadtrip from Tokyo to Osaka, but we were pleasantly surprised by the property and the whole town. If we had time, we would’ve extended our stay. The bathhouse was very nice feature with long open hours. The beach was very nice, too. Not many dining options outside of the property. We found two izakaya places but the food options were not that good. If we come back to japan, we will definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is an older building with elderly staff. It is extremely quiet and in a beautiful area. All the staff is very polite and welcoming. It may not be the newest modern hotel, but the rooms are big and it is way to support this aging local area."

"Great dinner and breakfast. Enomous amount of food, including steak, lobster, fish, pork, rice, soup, dessert. Roof top onsen has a great view. The hotel is also walk distance to a famous sunset viewing spot. The room is a little bit old but clean and nice."

"Beautiful views over the Pacific Ocean in the open air onsen, would definitely recommend for that alone. Easily accessible by train from Nagoya city centre, however the train station has one bus (and no taxi stand) to the resort every couple of hours so organise ahead. For foreign tourists; the staff speak little English but try to be helpful!"
