"My wife and I enjoyed two nights at 312 Piazza San Marco. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic and very close to all main attractions. Asela was very hospitable and welcoming. He arranged quick transportation on several occasions and a tour of a Murano glass factory. We would highly recommend this hotel!"

A couple of hiccups were that we were told to go to dock E, but it looks like the boat took off from dock B instead. Also, buying boat tickets wasn’t directly in front of dock E. It is in front of the train station closer to dock B for those who plan to take a boat to this location. That set us back for about an hour as we were trying to figure it out, but overall a pleasant stay and very accommodating...

"The hotel is vwry good and has excellwent reception team who guided us well.on the night of checkin the guy was nice and made us feel comfortable. Welcome snacks were good as kids liked it.all facilitiesfrom.tooth brush to bath slippers were provided. Coffee with kettle were refilled daily. All in all very good value for the money .highly recommended. Only issue was not the hotel but the navigation maps not able to loacate the hotel from.the water bus stop."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The location in January was quiet, safe, and we enjoyed being delivered by water taxi right to the hotels dock on the canal. Fun experience! The hotel staff arranged our transport for us to and from the airport and the cruise dock. Expensive but as my husband is disabled, worth it for the ease. The breakfast was nice and we had dinner in their small restaurant a few nights. It was nice we didn’t need to go out of the hotel after very long days. We would stay there...

"Loved the location of the property. Restaurants, shopping and attractions are within a 10 min walk or less. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. If you have motility issues this stay wouldn’t be for you as it does require multiple stairs, but I really think it’s worth the few flight of stairs "

Venetian magic right by the Canal Grande

"The place is amazing. So enchanted and magical to be staying right next to the Canal. They gave me a free upgrade to get a BIGGER room WITH a view of the Canal Grande. A dream come true. And during off-season, all of this for $100 per night. Everyone was very nice. And Venice is ALWAYS worth a visit. "
