"The hotel's facade and lobby are simply old school gorgeous! Clearly a lot of history here. Our check-in was swift, and the man who checked us in was thoughtful and kind. Unfortunately, the heater in our initial room was broken, and it took some time to get a manager then maintenance in there. It could not be repaired with us in the room, but the maintenance guy said the front desk would call us shortly with the new room number. After an hour wait in a room that was actually colder than next to...

"I stayed in the smaller king sized room with the furnished terrace and I must say you’re not gong to get this price with the experience without paying atleast $700 a night in NYC…absolutely stunning !! "

"Excellent location—so close to everything. Rooms are small, but they use the space very well. Wasn’t thrilled about the mandatory “Destination Fee,” but the bar and cafe where we could use our daily credit at were decent. The vibe of the hotel is very young and the messaging was a bit sexualized…not a place catering toward kiddos. Overall, a good experience and we would definitely stay again. "

"I liked that I was warmly invited. My key didn’t work , but staff activated it immediately. I like that the hotel was walking distance to 42th station on the subway. You could board the 7 train to get to LaGuardia Airport. Also, you could walk to Pier 81, 83 to catch the Circle line cruises and the Intrpid museum. After our Broadway show, the Hard Rock had the most delicious hamburger.❤️"
