We stayed there for one week and the staff didn’t tell us any information about house keeping or breakfast (read by other people review about breakfast) On second day,we thought they missed to clean so we call house keeping, a grumpy man came and didn’t said anything. "We arrived well before check in time, and left our luggage at the Ximen branch. Staff had already delivered our luggage and put them in our room when we checked in. "The doors at the center of the main entrance were designed to pull-to-open. It was hard for me to open & hold the door with one hand, and push in my two luggage with the other hand. I was disappointed to see two staff sitting at the counter near the doors who just watched during my entire struggle. "I had a problem connecting to wifi in my room immediately after checking in. I called the front desk and was given several alternative options, the last one of which is to go to the lobby. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, even suggesting that I try my laptop there to ensure that the laptop is compatible with the internet there. I appreciate the help. "

"I like the front desk service. They helped us in check-in and especially to keep our luggage after check-out. The only thing was the room a little cool. I guessed this was due to the climate change in fall. The location is quite good - almost mid-way between downtown and Taoyuan Airport. The Fuzhong MRT station is only 1or 2 minutes walking and about 30 minutes to 1 hour to anywhere in Taipei."
