"Check in took a little longer as they could not locate my reservation details. The hotel's condition is outdated. If cleanliness is critical to you, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Stains on towel, carpet etc."

"This hotel is in Lucky City Plaza a huge shopping complex, has Starbucks, McDonalds, PizzaHut you name it). Tower C is sort of behind the main area. The area around Tower C is poorly lit and dirty. Room service was great. They kept the place tidy. The rooms are very small, hardly enough place to move around. They have a washing machine in the balcony so laundry was not a problem for me. The front desk folks were very helpful, language was a huge barrier but generally they carry a smart phone...
