"The hotel was nice enough, and unique. The food options were very limited and we had to order Uber Eats most nights. The TV set up was old and it was really annoying to get onto streaming services (they need the new system with the QR codes…). We had used the car service one night but then they said they were on their way to get us, and my 12 year old son and I waited outside of the American Airlines Center for over an hour in the dark and no one showed. We finally got an Uber. Pushed the button...
