"What a fantastic spot to be in Florence! Service was excellent, check in a breeze, the Duomo is just down the street, short walk from the tram or the train station, and the breakfast was fantastic! Hearing the bells tolling was the best and no, they don’t toll all night long. Definitely a must stay location! Worth every penny! Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay. Gratzie!"
