"We stayed here while in Florence and it is convenient and centrally located. Check in was super easy and the staff (Rita) were all great. I had asked about laundry services, and while they are not onsite, they had printed out directions and instructions for us to the local laundromat!! Amazing consideration!! "The location of this property couldn’t be beat. It’s in the heart of Florence so everything is accessible. My only gripe is that in the Expedia site it says Breakfast included. It should say “continental breakfast” as all the bookings I make have to include breakfast and it was quite a disappointment. There was coffee you could make, orange juice and two bread rolls with jam available."

The area is wonderful with many quality restaurants nearby and super close to the center. One thing to note: This is not a B&B. There is no breakfast offered. "My only issue with this property is that all night it creaked and made loud noises. Assuming because it’s an old building but sleeping wasn’t easy. "

"This is an older building with newer bathrooms. It is located within 19 minutes walking from the central train station. The units are spacious, with high ceiling, and have own bathrooms. Bathrooms are large and comfortable. Rooms are very well maintained by manager. The host is excellent in taking care of the rooms. Comfortable bed and mattress. I recommend this if you want to be close to the central part of Florence."
