"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"Wonderful place to stay close to the airport. The grounds were lovely and the room was spacious and comfortable. The service was impeccable with delicious full breakfasts that varied slightly every day. The decor in the main house was unique and a lot of fun. There was a pool and a games room as well. "I always stay at this hotel, specially when I have to flight next day. It's very close to the airport. In addition, when you arrive, there is always someone who comes and pick you up at the airport this in only per your request. If you request there is a shuttle available.
