"A very nice hotel, newer with comfortable rooms. It has a nice pool that you do not need to pay extra for and the breakfast dining arra is very pleasant. "Perfect location for attending any events at the exhibition and expo site across the street. The front desk staff was amazingly helpful arranging taxis. When one taxi driver didn't know where to take me and returned me to the Qube, the staff immediately arranged to take me there with the hotel vehicle. I was so impressed by their sincere desire to help me even after having checked out. In every way, I had a perfect stay!"

"Amazing hotel!!! The staff really made it great especially the lady that was cleaning my room. I rated it 3 stars for the area around the property because I feel like the location would be better as it was a bit far from everything, the Mixc mall kind of made up for it but personally I would have liked it better if it was closer to central, or on the other side near the Shanghai Towers. I liked how there was privacy and it was not a busy hotel "
