"We had an amazing stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We aren’t a fan of the sliding door used for the bathroom. It lacks privacy and was also very dirty"

"My daughter and I stayed on the 27th floor. We had a view with both the American and Canadian falls. The hotel is super close to restaurants and the falls- a very easy walk! The only downfall was parking. It was quite expensive to park at the hotel. Would definitely stay again."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Should include a bar fridge and microwave. Update furniture and bathroom needs sprucing up ( toilet and sink not functioning well). Like the breakfast included!"

"The property and staff was excellent. The only issue was that the cleaning staff left a container with hydrogen peroxide directly next to the bath tub and my children started playing with it. Do better at remembering where you leave your cleaning supplies. This couldn’t have been a very serious injury."
